Vetting our Vendors

First, we study a vendor for a few months to make sure they are staying consistent with their quality, styling production, shipping times and customer experience.

Once we chose to onboard them, we use the Welcome Co Standards of Operation:

• Vendors are expected to display accurate depictions of its items, accurate descriptions of its items, and accurate details pertaining to shipping origin and delivery times. 
• Vendors are expected to provide prompt responses to customer inquiries or issues within a reasonable amount of time. We advise same day or within 48 hours.

• Vendors shall have reasonable return policies that provide recourse for order errors and damages.
• Vendors and their employees, and representatives are expected to treat all buyers and Welcome Co personnel with timely, professional courtesy and respect.
